Kids . . . they come into this world crying, “Mommy, hold me!” “Mommy, feed me!” “Mommy, change me!” “Mommy, I need your attention and without it I may die!!!!” And mommy gives up her whole life and her children become her entire world.
And then they grow up . . .
And they say, “Mom, I’m going half way around the world and you won’t hear from me because I have more important things to do then to make sure you know I’m all right.”
And moms are left saying, “Child, call me!” “Child, I need your attention and without it may die!!!!”
And child says, “Oh, mom. You need to get your own life.”
