Love each other, of course.

But more importantly, accept and appreciate your differences.  Acknowledge your similarities.  Understand that there is no one on this Earth now, nor has there ever been, nor will be there ever be, who shares as much genetically as you do with each other.  You are the culmination and the promise of all the generations who came before you.  You exist because I wished you to never be alone.  You are my gift to each other.

Go on adventures together, share quiet moments, tell each other your dreams, and quiet each other’s fears.  Be there when the other needs a friend, a helping hand, or a shoulder to cry on.

And most importantly of all, know that you each possess my heart and if you should ever be torn from each other, my heart would also be torn apart.
